What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
5 years of experience
A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify
What Sets You Apart
Juris Doctorate preferred
Broad knowledge in partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions
Proficiency in partnership taxation and qualitative and quantitative analysis
Proficiency in U.S. federal income tax law related to partnerships
Advanced technical writing and reviewing skills
Ability to develop and sustain meaningful client relationships
Experience in defining resource requirements and project workflow
Proven leadership in establishing direction and motivating team members
Familiarity with CRM systems
Additional Information The salary range for this position is : $124,000 - $335,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
