The role of the Global Distribution Enablement Lead is to work with Sales Leaders, Wholesalers, Relationship Managers, and Business Partners to define, design, and drive adoption of a technology-led sales organization. This role will also be responsible for working with the Technology team to ensure clear business requirements while working with the end users to ensure that the technology and data are fully implemented and being leveraged. The successful candidate will be practical and action-oriented and have a history of demonstrating strong business judgement when making decisions. The sales enablement function will operate as part of our Client & Product Strategy ("CPS") team which serves as the firm's center of excellence for industry and competitive insights and partners closely with product and sales teams horizontally across our Client Platform. Responsibilities
Establish and lead a new sales enablement function, initially focusing on the US Wealth market, with plans to expand support to Global Wealth and the Global Institutional business over time. Partner with sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, enhance sales productivity, and recommend process enhancements Generate actionable insights that drive targeted and effective sales activities in partnership with sales leadership Identify and integrate industry-leading data repositories to ensure comprehensive and accurate information for strategic decision making. Partner with Technology to design and deploy cutting-edge technology systems to optimize operational efficiency and support sales initiatives. Create the processes and systems to deliver actionable insights to sales teams. Collaborate closely with marketing to enhance the advisor experience and engagement strategies. Track and measure impact on sales performance. Essential Skills
Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Demonstrates the ability to actively champion strategic initiatives, inspiring others to follow their vision, and fostering a collaborative environment across all levels of the organization. Expertise in Sales Psychology and Strategy: Holds a strong understanding of sales psychology and strategy, enabling them to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness, anticipating market trends and adapting strategies accordingly. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to partner with technology, finance, sales, marketing and Client & Product Strategy functions to execute initiatives and align across departments. Growth Mindset: Flexibility and openness to continuous learning and improvement. Technical Proficiency in Enablement Workflow: Deep understanding of the technical requirements across the enablement workflow, ensuring processes are optimized for efficiency. Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience, preferably in a similar role. Proven track record developing and/or leading US Wealth sales enablement within an asset management firm. Extensive background in sales enablement and/or data & analytics. Strong academic background, analytical and writing abilities, effective communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated success in improving sales performance. Comprehensive understanding of asset management and deep knowledge of the US Wealth market. Proficient in related technology tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, Tableau, Seismic, etc. Bachelor's degree required. Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? That’s ok. This range is an estimate and includes factors such as skill set, role, experience, certifications, and education.
