Overview

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of hotel operations, day-to-day staff management, and guest service. The role serves as an ambassador for the brand and hotel, providing leadership and strategic planning across all departments to support Driftwood Hospitality Management service culture, maximize operations, and drive guest satisfaction. Essential Job Functions

Oversee all aspects of operations with knowledge and experience in hotel management including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance. Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success. Demonstrate strong hotel management background, passion for hospitality, and the ability to coach and build effective teams. Enable innovation and drive results by executing successful sales and marketing campaigns, understanding dynamic revenue management, and driving profit through strong financial controls. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Previous General Manager experience is essential. F&B experience is a plus. Strong and successful owner relations partnerships. Ability to create and develop a dynamic team. Local market knowledge preferred. Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; and may lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently. Benefits
