Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Infusion RN
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our outpatient hematology/oncology infusion team. In this role, you’ll deliver life-changing therapies while guiding patients and families through every step of their care journey. About the Role As an Infusion RN, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing infusion therapy in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You’ll work with a diverse patient population, including: Individuals with hematologic and oncologic diagnoses Patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapies Patients requiring blood transfusions and supportive infusions Schedule Options 5x8s or 4x10s available No weekends, no holidays, no nights What We’re Looking For Prior infusion or outpatient oncology experience strongly preferred Open to RNs with backgrounds in inpatient oncology, ICU, or other acute care who are passionate about infusion therapy and cancer care Strong communication, teamwork, and a patient-first mindset Key Responsibilities Perform patient triage and document pertinent information Administer prescribed medications and therapies per treatment plans Collaborate with providers, staff, and patients to ensure coordinated and compassionate care Qualifications Graduate of a Diploma, Associate, or BSN program in Nursing Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred Mission-driven culture focused on safe, high-quality, and accessible care Supportive, collegial environment with excellent career advancement potential Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits, including: Paid Time Off, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs Sign-on and relocation bonuses (for select roles) Career development and growth opportunities Ready to make an impact in patients’ lives while advancing your nursing career?
