Overview
Clipboard is building out a centralized recruiting function and is looking for a talented Full Cycle Recruiter to help identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to reshape our talent acquisition strategy from the ground up alongside the Director of Talent in our SF office, as we invest to build a world-class recruiting function that can scale with our ambitious growth plans. This is a true full-cycle role, with the opportunity to support roles across the business (not just within one department). The role involves sourcing for urgent roles, building dashboards to track metrics for a hiring team, and training and monitoring new interviewers to ensure quality and consistency. What You'll Do
Sourcing & Talent Identification
Find great candidates – including those who may not be actively job searching Test creative sourcing strategies and quickly assess their effectiveness Help identify the right people for roles earlier in the process Recruiting Operations & Metrics
Guide candidates through each phase of the hiring process with clear expectations and timely updates Track and report weekly recruiting metrics to hiring teams and leadership Identify bottlenecks in hiring funnels and implement fixes to improve effectiveness Build Strong Partnerships with Hiring Managers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and define candidate profiles Lead inbound strategies, including posting jobs and developing effective screening processes Continuously improve hiring through interview learnings, analytics, and candidate feedback What You Bring
Required Experience
At least 3-5 years of professional experience, with 2-3 years specifically in recruiting Proven track record in startup environments (Series A/B/C preferred) Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer What Sets You Apart
