We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Automation Specialist at UL Research Institutes, based in our Evanston, Illinois office. The Marketing Automation Specialist manages and optimizes marketing automation platforms and systems to streamline and enhance campaigns and processes. The Marketing Automation Specialist executes effective strategies that drive lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and growth through automated communication campaigns, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive results. What you'll learn and achieve

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in the rapid growth of UL as you: Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform, including setup, configuration, and maintenance. Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and websites. Design, build, and implement marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics that align with business goals. Work closely with the communication and amplification teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing automation and CRM systems. Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign elements to maximize engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing. Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation best practices and platform usage. Perform other duties as assigned.

What makes you a great fit While no one candidate will embody every quality, the successful candidate will bring many of the following professional competencies and personal attributes: In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar. Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent attention to detail and proactive time management. A self-starter who anticipates needs, proactive problem solver and ability to work independently.

Professional education and experience requirements for the role include: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or in a similar role.

Salary and benefits Salary Range:

$61,199.38-$84,149.14
