Marketing Automation Specialist at UL Research Institutes, based in Evanston, Illinois. The Marketing Automation Specialist manages and optimizes marketing automation platforms and systems to streamline and enhance campaigns and processes. The role executes effective strategies that drive lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and growth through automated communication campaigns, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive results. What You’ll Learn And Achieve
Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform, including setup, configuration, and maintenance. Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and websites. Design, build, and implement marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and analysis to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Work with communication and amplification teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing automation and CRM systems. Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign elements to maximize engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing. Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation best practices and platform usage. Perform other duties as assigned. About UL Research Institutes And UL Standards & Engagement

In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) or similar. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-starter with proactive problem-solving and the ability to work independently. Professional Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or in a similar role. Salary Range
