Job Description
A respected litigation firm is seeking a
Temporary Litigation Associate Attorney (4797)
to assist with a high volume of motor vehicle accident cases. This role is ideal for an attorney with a foundational understanding of the litigation process who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is welcome. What You’ll Do:
Review case files and identify key legal and factual issues
Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
Support attorneys with early case strategy and file development
Conduct legal research and assist with drafting pleadings or motions as needed
Maintain organized documentation and stay on top of deadlines
Collaborate effectively with legal staff and other team members
What We’re Looking For:
JD from an accredited law school; active license in Washington State
At least 1 year of litigation experience preferred
Familiarity with motor vehicle accident cases and early litigation procedures
Strong writing and analytical skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to work three days onsite per week, in Seattle, WA
Flexible start date for the right candidate, but immediate need
