A regional, full-service litigation and business firm is seeking a
Litigation Associate Attorney (4880)
to join its Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of defense litigation experience, strong drafting and case management skills, and the ability to handle matters independently while maintaining excellent client relationships. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with flexibility, quarterly and year-end bonuses, and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex litigation matters. Responsibilities
Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution across diverse practice areas, including business, construction, professional liability, real estate, product liability, premises liability, transportation, and toxic tort Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery Conduct depositions and hearings, with opportunities for trial preparation and participation Develop litigation strategies and provide ongoing client counseling Collaborate with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff to deliver high-quality results Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Active Washington State Bar license Minimum 5 years of defense litigation experience, including deposition and motions practice Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage cases independently and interact directly with clients Trial experience and public entity defense background preferred but not required This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to join a collaborative team that values work-life balance, professional growth, and long-term career development.
