Membership Sales Consultant

Gold's Gym . Gold’s Gym SoCal and its affiliated clubs are growing fast and looking for an hourly Fitness Consultant to provide world-class service to guests and members by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. Responsibilities
Tours potential members through the club and describes facility, equipment, services, and amenities tied to their fitness needs and goals. Ensures all guests are registered and entered into the system. Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using company-provided presentation tools. Signs up guests using company sales techniques and protocol. Adheres to Membership Agreement Procedure when enrolling members and guests. On-boards new members and assists with member retention activities to drive club profitability. Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals. Obtains leads externally from within the community using company-provided tools/programs. Generates leads/new business internally through member promotions and referrals. Sets appointments for leads and potential new business opportunities. Maintains relationships with members and acts as a resource for questions or concerns. Provides a clean, friendly, well-maintained club environment. Helps new members become comfortable in the club. Engages members with fitness offerings including personal training, group classes, and digital content. What sets us apart

Positive, upbeat, and outgoing attitude Passion for hospitality and excellence for our members Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, goal-oriented environment without sacrificing service quality Fitness industry experience (preferred) Willingness to learn and grow Ability to use sound business judgment and strong analytical skills Effective communication and listening skills Leadership qualities and team-building skills College degree preferred Current CPR Certification required Bilingual preferred The role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in a clean uniform.
