Director of Estate Planning – Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of advanced estate, tax, and philanthropic planning solutions for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Partner with clients and their advisors to evaluate complex planning strategies and integrate them into customized financial plans. Oversee the preparation of sophisticated estate analyses, including cash flow modeling and legacy planning strategies. Serve as a key resource for thought leadership, keeping clients and internal teams informed on evolving tax laws and planning opportunities. Mentor team members and contribute to firmwide initiatives that enhance client experience and service delivery. Director of Estate Planning – Requirements
Minimum 3 years of estate planning, tax, or trust advisory experience, preferably within a family office, law firm, or RIA. Deep understanding of wealth transfer, business succession, and charitable giving strategies. Ability to communicate complex planning concepts in clear, client-friendly terms. Strong collaborative skills and comfort working with external professional advisors. Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and maintaining high client satisfaction. Seniority level
