General job duties for all store team members: Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler Prepare product Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility daily Training: Orientation and on-the-job training provided. Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person. Essential Functions/Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic Make correct monetary change Verbal and written communication for orders Eye-hand coordination for rapid and precise movements Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to varying weather conditions when outside. In-store temperatures range from cool to hot. May involve fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust. Work may occur in cramped spaces and near hot surfaces up to 500 degrees. There are sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. SENSING
Talking and hearing on the telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. TEMPERAMENTS
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, and make judgments. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
