You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS
General duties for store team members include:
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Training: Orientation and on-the-job training.
Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and give written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Essential Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic, make correct monetary change, verbal/written/telephone communication, and accurate order entry.
Work Conditions WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
In-store temperatures range from 36° to 90°+.
Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°+, and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing SENSING
Talking and hearing on the telephone.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
