Extract, index, merge, and manipulate large and multiple data sets into database sources.
Perform technical, analytical and data auditing functions using commercial and proprietary software applications.
Perform quality reviews and validate converted information in preparation for database creation.
Prepare tables, charts, and graphs to summarize findings and prepare narrative reports to explain data results.
Track and manage information and data requests from various sources and ensure expectations and deadlines are met.
Convert data and images into various formats.
Efficiently and effectively manages data to ensure quality and accessible reporting.
Conduct data mining, data modeling and statistical analysis on large data sets.
Meet and work with internal staff and third parties to resolve technical problems.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the City\'s actual and projected financial status and/or specific financial programs.
Develop simple to complex financial forecasts or models to project or determine future financial positions.
Create data visualization and GIS mapping.
Identify variances and long-term trends relative to City revenues and expenditures.
Complete special projects as necessary.

Extract, index, merge, and manipulate large and multiple data sets into database sources.

Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics , or a directly related field, plus three years of fiscal policy analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, provided that the minimum degree requirement is met.
