Indirect Tax—FTZ Advisory Global Trade—Senior is a full-time role based in the United States (Location: Anywhere in Country). The opportunity is with EY’s Global Trade practice, focusing on implementation, compliance and operations of Foreign Trade Zones to maximize client value and ensure compliant operations. Responsibilities
Research customs and international trade issues Advise clients on customs compliance issues and potential duty savings strategies Stay current on global trade developments and help develop new service offerings that deliver value Lead project management with strong organizational skills to deliver high-quality work Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, international relations or related field Experience in a client service environment with background in foreign trade zone, global trade and import operations Excellent organizational skills, motivation and positive attitude Proficiency in a technology-enabled environment Willingness to travel as needed and to work in a balanced hybrid environment Preferred
U.S. Customs broker license (e.g., CCS, CES, CZS or AZS) Experience in professional services and ability to listen to a client’s needs and develop a value proposition What We Look For

Compensation and benefits package aligned with performance; base salary ranges: US locations $81,700–$135,000; NYC Metro/Washington State/California (excluding Sacramento) $98,100–$153,500. Salaries determined by experience, education, and geography. Total Rewards include medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off Hybrid work model with most client-facing work expected in-person 40–60% of the time Flexible vacation policy and time off for holidays, personal/family care, and other leaves to support well-being Equal Opportunity
