Indirect Tax—FTZ Advisory Global Trade—Senior

As a Senior in EY’s Global Trade practice, you will use your experience and technical knowledge to advise on implementation, compliance and operations of a Foreign Trade Zone. You will work with clients to maximize the value of the Foreign Trade Zone program and guide clients through the processes and regulatory requirements of implementing and compliantly operating Foreign Trade Zones. Your Key Responsibilities

Researching customs and international trade issues Advising clients on customs compliance issues and potential duty savings strategies Staying current on global trade developments and developing new and innovative service offerings that deliver value to clients Project management with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Skills And Attributes For Success

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, international relations or related field Experience in a client service environment with a background in foreign trade zone, global trade and import operations Excellent organizational skills, motivation and a positive attitude Proficiency in a technology-enabled environment Willingness to travel as needed and to work in a balanced hybrid environment Ideally, You’ll Also Have

U.S. Customs broker license, CCS, CES, CZS or AZS Experience in professional services with the ability to listen to a client’s needs and develop a value proposition to expand new business What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges of $81,700 to $135,000 (and $98,100 to $153,500 for NYC Metro Area, Washington State and California, excluding Sacramento). Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Total Rewards includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options.
