Overview

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join Treehouse Silicon Valley. This role challenges you with a diverse range of responsibilities to keep the department running seamlessly. As a leader who motivates a team, elevates standards, and fosters a learning environment, you will work hands-on with front of house staff to ensure outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

Engage with guests, checking in on dining customers to assess their satisfaction with food quality, service, and overall experience. Promptly address any issues or concerns raised by customers, ensuring complaints are resolved in a timely and professional manner, aiming for positive outcomes that encourage return visits and customer loyalty. Lead by example, providing hands-on supervision of front of house staff. Oversee service standards, safety, and hotel procedures, ensuring staff are equipped to meet high hospitality standards. Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, monitor staff performance, assign tasks, and review front of house work schedules to cover peak periods with seamless service. Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, amenities, cleaning supplies, POS supplies, and other essentials; coordinate with management to place orders and track usage to minimize waste while maintaining quality. Convey information and ideas clearly, both orally and in writing. Focus on guest needs within company guidelines; demonstrate outgoing, gracious hospitality. Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Manage guest complaints and disputes under pressure, resolving issues to satisfactory results while maintaining composure and objectivity. Health, Safety, and Compliance

Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards and ensure the hotel follows local and national food safety regulations. Conduct routine property walks, address hazards, and keep the environment safe for staff and guests. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution

Act as a point of contact for staff and customers to resolve issues, de-escalate tense situations, and find resolutions that satisfy all parties. Report conflicts to management as needed. Physical Demands

Long hours may be required. High standards of appearance. Medium work exertion up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 30 pounds frequently; ability to stand for extended periods. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. About Us
