Adobe is seeking a strategic and technically fluent Talent Partner to help attract and engage the brightest minds in AI/ML to power the future of Adobe's Digital Experience (DX) business. This role focuses on agentic AI and large language models (LLMs). This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and has a proven track record of hiring top-tier talent in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields. Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML roles across DX, with a focus on agentic systems, LLMs, and applied research. Partner with engineering and product leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and translate them into targeted sourcing strategies. Build and nurture pipelines of highly specialized talent in AI/ML. Mentor and collaborate with other Talent Partners and Talent Scouts to elevate technical recruiting capabilities across the team. Drive strategic hiring plans for 15-30 active requisitions, adapting to evolving business priorities. Champion diversity and inclusion in all hiring efforts, ensuring broad representation in candidate pools. Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive positioning. Deliver a world-class candidate experience, from first touch through offer close. Represent Adobe's mission and culture authentically to candidates and external communities. Qualifications

7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML talent acquisition. Deep understanding of AI/ML domains, including LLMs, agentic systems, generative models, and infrastructure, with an ability to translate technical hiring needs into scalable sourcing and interview frameworks. Proven ability to work directly with VPs while influencing senior stakeholders and driving hiring decisions in complex environments. Experience recruiting for Applied Scientists and Production ML Engineers in high-growth or enterprise tech ecosystems within the AI/ML space. Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate Adobe's vision and impact. Passion for innovative sourcing techniques, including events, communities, and academic partnerships. Track record of success in competitive markets, including navigating multi-offer scenarios and compensation negotiations. Preferred: MS/BS in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,400 – $247,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). Non-sales roles start with base salary and short-term incentives through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
