Engage in continuous learning about concrete technologies, new applications, the construction industry, and customers, leveraging insights to drive business growth Articulate the full spectrum of value offered by our products, services, systems, and solutions to customers and stakeholders Collaborate across functions with marketing, sales, R&D, and others, exhibiting leadership and fostering a team environment to achieve objectives Lead the coordination and development of supporting materials such as collateral, field data, and case studies highlighting effectiveness and benefits Represent and advocate for the brand at industry associations, technical committee meetings, and trade shows Cultivate and maintain industry relationships to reinforce leadership in the concrete construction marketplace Identify and pursue opportunities for value-added product offerings by engaging with design engineers, contractors, project managers, and other professionals through presentations and webinars Provide expert troubleshooting and consultative support for concrete performance issues Ensure adherence to company initiatives, policies, and procedures with professional conduct and governance Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineering license preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on concrete technologies, application, and performance Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, R&D, and other teams Desirable experience in construction, marketing, or sales within the concrete industry Commitment to continuous learning and professional development; familiarity with current industry trends, standards, and regulations Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong business acumen to identify growth opportunities Advanced computer skills; ability to build and maintain positive relationships Effective planning and time management; proactive and resilient with a drive for innovation Willingness to travel 50% or more Benefits
