Concrete Solutions Engineer - Western, United States We are seeking a proactive and skilled engineer to join our team at Master Builders Solutions. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, along with concrete producers and contractors, providing expert technical guidance to facilitate the implementation of advanced high-performance concrete technologies. We are looking to hire an engineer, preferably located in Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, or Denver, to support our business in the United States. About Us

Engage in continuous learning about concrete technologies, new applications, the construction industry, and customers, leveraging insights to drive business growth Articulate the full spectrum of value offered by our products, services, systems, and solutions to customers and stakeholders Collaborate across functions with marketing, sales, R&D, and others, demonstrating leadership and a team-oriented approach Lead the coordination and development of supporting materials such as collateral, field data, and case studies to highlight the effectiveness and benefits of our product line Represent and advocate for the brand at industry associations, technical committee meetings, and trade shows Cultivate and maintain industry relationships to reinforce leadership in the concrete construction marketplace Identify and pursue opportunities for value-added offerings by engaging with design engineers, contractors, project managers, and other professionals through targeted presentations, webinars, and other activities Provide expert troubleshooting and consultative support for concrete performance issues Ensure adherence to company initiatives, policies, and procedures, upholding high standards of professional conduct Travel as required, with an expectation of 50% or more travel Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer license are preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction with emphasis on concrete technologies, applications, and performance Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and R&D Desirable: previous experience in construction, marketing, or sales within the concrete industry Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Familiarity with current industry trends, standards, and regulations related to concrete and construction Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical information Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities Proficient computer skills across diverse applications Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and effective planning and time management Proactive and resilient with a drive for innovation Willingness to understand and meet customer needs Benefits
