Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Set the restaurant’s goals with leadership and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments. May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future. Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have previous McDonald's General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
