Legal Counsel

to our team at our Lebanon, Ohio Development Center. This role provides day-to-day support for operational legal matters of the MANE Group entities in North America, in compliance with the MANE Group corporate policy. The role includes providing legal services and counsel, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts, and protecting MANE Group interests while ensuring compliance primarily with US laws and regulations, and with applicable laws worldwide as applicable. Responsibilities

Exercise good judgment, applying the law to business to achieve outstanding results while managing risk. Draft, review, and negotiate cross-border commercial contracts with customers, suppliers and other third parties, including commercial transactions, subcontracting services, confidentiality agreements, consulting services, distribution and commercial representation agreements. Provide reliable and practical legal advice with respect to risk management in all aspects of the business. Identify risks and propose solutions to complete business transactions. Support corporate governance, including drafting and managing corporate documentation, and internal documentation management. Ensure legal and intellectual property security, and forward labor law, tax law, patent law, and trademark law matters to appropriate internal contacts. Collaborate in regional and global legal and IP projects and reporting. Assist in the drafting and implementation of policies of legal and IP nature. Suggest work process improvements and perform assigned tasks with reasonable autonomy. Complete additional work tasks as assigned. Participate in relevant environmental education/training aligned with corporate and local environmental objectives and adhere to applicable environmental policies and procedures. Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Licensed as an attorney, qualified to practice law in Ohio and in good standing. 2-4 years of experience as in-house legal counsel in a multinational company. Other Skills

Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting domestic and international business contracts. Fluent in English and proficient in common office software. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Strong teamwork, proactive, and ethical mindset. Benefits
