We’re hiring a
Copywriter
to be one of the first on our fast-growing team in Palo Alto. You’ll be the editorial partner and lead copywriter/content creation for our clients, shaping their public voice while working with our proprietary LLMs and creative team to deliver content that’s sharp, authentic, and founder-worthy. What You’ll Do
Turn founder interviews into content that will define tone, extract stories, and build trust through the content. Review AI-generated and freelance-written content for tone, accuracy, and strategic alignment Flag risks, style mismatches, and coordinate fixes with our editorial team Curate raw materials (transcripts, memos, decks) into usable inputs for content creation Maintain tone guides and editorial SOPs for each client Act as the first line of editorial QA in fast production cycles Help grow accounts by identifying new opportunities and aligning with product releases Qualifications
You have 3+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial, customer success, or content ops Have strong editorial instincts You’ve worked with founder/exec-level content and know how to capture their voice You’re confident creating content, storytelling, and comms that achieve the social engagement our clients are looking for You’re comfortable shaping content across industries like AI, fintech, and Healthtech You’re proactive, organized, and thrive in fast-paced, startup environments About Blazel
Blazel (currently in stealth) uses AI to turn founder interviews, pitch decks, and internal materials into high-impact marketing content - LinkedIn posts, X posts, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and press.
