Elements is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is native in Italian and has a strong background in volume-based hiring for field sales and go-to-market roles across Europe. This is a remote role, primarily offering a 6 month+ fixed-term contract with potential to extend across multiple clients within our portfolio. Responsibilities
Walk the walk: Manage a fast-paced, high-volume hiring process for European field sales roles; demonstrate success and results across industries, with attention to any financial services exposure. Take charge: Guide and mentor a small team of direct resources to build talent pools for upcoming engagements. Be inventive: Proactively source and engage talent across multiple platforms; leverage AI and other tools to support benchmarking, assessment, and selection; attract frontline sales talent. Embrace progression: Build large talent pools and ensure effective candidate communication and journey. Get creative: Craft engaging outreach relevant to sales and go-to-market communities in Europe (Nordics, Italy, Germany); collaborate with the Head of TA to build and measure hiring campaigns. Take ownership: Manage a large funnel of candidates for multiple positions; track sourcing information in a CRM/HRIS/ATS. Drive with data: Be comfortable with measurement, provide insights, and help develop colleagues. Add real value: Engage stakeholders and advocate for Elements; support hiring managers to benchmark talent and deliver targeted messaging and outcomes. Qualifications
Proven experience in Financial Services or high-performing sales-based hiring roles as a Talent Acquisition partner. Native/fluent Italian language required; remote working arrangement. Experience in volume hiring and building large talent pools; ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively with hiring managers. Familiarity with CRM/HRIS/ATS platforms for tracking candidate data. What Elements Offers
