Legal Counsel

Overview A fast-growing tech company operating in the digital media and enterprise software space. The company supports a remote-friendly work environment and values pragmatic, business-oriented legal support. Location: Berlin (Hybrid/Flexible).

Responsibilities

Provide legal support across various business functions, with a strong focus on data protection

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and internal policies

Advise on corporate legal matters and compliance issues

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal alignment across departments

Support in managing external legal counsel when needed

Qualifications

Fully qualified lawyer (German Volljurist) or holds a Master\'s degree, LLM, or equivalent legal qualification

At least 1 year of professional experience in a legal role (open to junior and more senior profiles)

Strong background in data protection law

Prior in-house or corporate legal experience

Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
