Senior Manager, HCP Omnichannel Promotions
What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day execution of HCP omnichannel promotional campaigns across digital, CRM, RepathaHCP.com, programmatic, and point-of-care channels.
Translate high-level omnichannel strategies into detailed tactical plans, including channel mix, content delivery, and campaign sequencing.
Own performance dashboards and reporting for HCP campaigns, analyzing engagement and prescribing behavior metrics to provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Pilot test-and-learn initiatives across new channels, messaging, and digital partners, ensuring rapid insights and application to future campaigns.
Directly manage, mentor, and develop the Senior Marketing Associate, fostering accountability and professional growth.
Manage creative asset development, MAC process submissions, and timely deployment across all promotional materials.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations, IS, media agencies, and external partners to deliver integrated campaign execution.
Support cross-functional alignment with Sales, Patient Access, and Corporate Affairs to ensure promotions are coordinated with field and DTC activities.
Proactively monitor budgets, recommend reallocations, and drive cost-effective delivery of omnichannel programs.
Identify and recommend emerging marketing tools, technologies, and capabilities to strengthen HCP engagement and promotional impact.

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing/Business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing/Business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing/Business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of Marketing/Business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing/Business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to lead omnichannel campaign execution, including CRM, programmatic, and digital channels.
Experience in campaign optimization, leveraging data and analytics to improve ROI.
Experience managing and developing direct reports, with demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Excellent communication and influence skills, capable of presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Experience working in pharmaceutical marketing or another highly regulated industry preferred.
Strong collaboration skills with agencies and cross-functional teams, ensuring integrated planning and execution.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
