Our rapidly growing HIV Business Unit consists of 3 inline products, a product currently under review by the FDA, and an active research pipeline. You will join the launch team for our investigational novel treatment for HIV and lead a Customer Agile Team (CAT) while owning Brand and HCP Strategy and Execution. This position reports to the U.S. Commercial Leader (USCL), HIV Treatments, and is based in the Upper Gwynedd, PA office. You will lead and mentor a high-performing CAT, comprised of brand marketers and experts in campaign design, development, and measurement. Your leadership will translate brand priorities into actionable plans that drive strategic direction and deliver value to customers.
Responsibilities
Lead brand and HCP strategy development and act as subject matter expert for market understanding and HCP customer insights Develop HCP promotional campaigns, marketing solutions and execution strategy across personal and non-personal channels Generate and synthesize insights from multiple data sources to deepen market understanding and inform strategic decisions; optimize promotional impact and define/track marketing KPIs Deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and external audiences, translating strategy into actionable plans Build, lead and mentor a high-performing Customer Agile Team (CAT) with experts in marketing, campaign design, development, and measurement Lead CAT in setting and meeting strategic priorities and quarterly objectives; manage agile quarterly planning Collaborate with Sales, Global Marketing, Data & Analytics, Medical Affairs, Policy, Payer Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, L&D, Global Communications, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance Manage agency relationships and budget Contribute to broader portfolio strategy with go-to-market approaches and cross-brand synergies Partner with other Product Marketing Owners to drive transparency, coordination, and prioritization across the team Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS) MBA or equivalent preferred Requirements
Minimum of 10 years combined experience in pharmaceutical marketing, customer segment marketing and/or payer marketing Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch stages Experience leading product positioning, branding and using data to inform decisions Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to deliver clear presentations and engage stakeholders Collaborative experience with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, medical, and other partners Solid business acumen with fiscal management experience Experience in HIV preferred Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital and non-digital channels, and experience working with agencies Preferred Skills
Understanding of US commercial and regulatory requirements Field sales and/or sales leadership experience Familiarity with agile tools like Jira and Mural Additional Information
The salary range for this role is $187,000.00 - $294,400.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. Hybrid work model: three total days on-site per week (Mon-Thu) with Friday remote, with some roles requiring in-person presence; this may vary by site or organization.
