1 Demand Generation & Community Engagement Senior Technical Advisor will design and implement strategies to increase demand for routine childhood immunization services by addressing barriers, building trust, and fostering strong partnerships with local communities. The role will strengthen national and subnational capacity for social and behavior change (SBC), digital engagement, and community mobilization. Key Responsibilities
Strengthen evidence base on key barriers and enablers to inform tailored solutions for increasing vaccine uptake. Expand and enhance digital engagement interventions to improve outreach and communication with communities. Promote evidence-based community engagement through CSOs, NGOs, FBOs, and local leaders to encourage participation in integrated immunization services. Enhance service experience for beneficiaries and caregivers, reinforcing return visits and trust in services. Build national, sub-national, and community-level capacity to drive vaccine uptake, including response during campaigns and emergencies. Contribute to other demand generation and community engagement objectives as identified. Qualifications
Master\'s degree in public health, communications, sociology, anthropology, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in SBC, community engagement, or demand-generation in childhood immunization or maternal and child health. Experience designing and implementing digital health or community mobilization strategies. Strong background in formative research, participatory approaches, and SBC frameworks. Competencies
Ability to design culturally appropriate, evidence-based interventions. Experience working effectively with governments, CSOs, NGOs, FBOs, and community and religious leaders.
