Director of Operations
to join our
corporate leadership team
and oversee operational excellence across both company-owned and franchise locations. This role is key to supporting our franchise partners, driving system-wide growth, and ensuring brand consistency as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities Oversee operations across corporate and franchise locations to ensure brand standards are met Develop and implement operational systems, policies, and training programs for franchisees Provide ongoing support and coaching to franchise owners and their teams Lead new store openings, from site launch to operational readiness Manage budgets, P&L, and performance benchmarks across the system Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and market expansion Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, and service standards
Qualifications 5–10+ years of leadership experience in
multi-unit restaurant operations , preferably with franchise brands Strong knowledge of franchise operations and support systems Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop franchisees and store leaders Financial and operational acumen with a track record of driving profitability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Willingness to travel to franchise markets as needed
