Overview
A fast-growing experiential brand is seeking a Director of U.S. Operations to lead its team, drive sales, and oversee expansion. This field-based role requires significant travel (50–75%), including international markets several times per year.
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000
Responsibilities
Lead Area Managers, General Managers of 20+ U.S. locations.
Work closely with marketing, group sales, and technology teams to optimize business performance.
Drive sales growth and ensure consistent operational standards across all sites.
Full P&L accountability.
Oversee 5–10 new openings per year (corporate and franchise).
Develop scalable systems and processes to support expansion.
Partner with international leadership to align U.S. performance with global strategy.
Support franchise operations and ensure consistency between company-owned and franchise locations.
Qualifications
3–5 years of multi-unit, multi-state leadership experience.
Experience leading operations for at least 20+ locations and 150+ employees.
Direct experience managing and developing Unit-Level Managers, General Managers, and Area Managers.
Background in companies with structured operating standards.
Proven success in opening and scaling new locations.
Sales-focused leader with the ability to inspire and coach teams.
Strong in building systems and improving processes.
Entrepreneurial and adaptable in a high-growth environment.
Valid driver’s license and passport; open to 50–75% travel (including international).
