A high-growth building services company in the St. Louis market is seeking a General Manager to lead its next stage of expansion. Key Responsibilities
Full
P&L ownership
of a $15M+ and growing operation. Lead and develop a team that includes: Field Operations Manager (sales, warranty, quality control) Internal Operations Manager (scheduling, customer follow-up team). Oversee and qualify subcontractor crews to ensure service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Define and cascade revenue goals, KPIs, and process improvements across teams. Partner with senior leadership to drive strategy, marketing alignment, and customer-focused growth. Balance hands-on operational oversight with strategic planning for scaling the business. Ideal Candidate Profile
MBA strongly preferred
– brings strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership presence. Proven experience managing
P&L, teams, and subcontractors
in a service-driven environment. Background may come from
adjacent industries
such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building materials distribution, restoration, or other field-service businesses. Ability to work across all organizational levels—comfortable with both high-level decision-making and hands-on operational engagement.
