Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions within Salesforce CRM Analytics. This role will focus on creating custom dashboards, reports, and data integrations to support business intelligence needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data management, integration, and business analysis to drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Development: Design and develop advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA). Create custom dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business requirements. Implement data integration processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability within CRM Analytics. Data Management and Integration: Collaborate with data teams to integrate data from various sources into Salesforce CRM Analytics. Ensure data quality and consistency by implementing validation and cleansing processes. Manage data flows and pipelines to support analytical needs and enhance reporting accuracy. Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for analytics solutions. Translate business needs into technical specifications and design documentation. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA): Required (At least 1 year of experience). Legal eBilling: Nice to have (2-5 years of experience). Strong knowledge of data integration, management, and visualization within Salesforce. Experience with business analysis and translating requirements into technical solutions. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively communicate insights. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in data validation and cleansing processes. Understanding of data governance and security best practices in Salesforce. Familiarity with other Salesforce tools and integrations. Skill Sets – Experience – Preference

Salesforce – At least 5-10 years – Required Legal eBilling – 2-5 years – Nice to Have CRMA – 5-10 years – Required Seniority level
