Overview
TikTok Shop - Product Manager, 1P App Store Integration. Our Partner Product team is responsible for our Open API Platform and TikTok Shop's App Ecosystem for 1P and 3P partners. This team focuses on products that empower partners to collaborate with the platform, providing rich service capabilities to help merchants and creators operate more effectively. We are looking for a product manager who will be responsible for collecting users’ requirements and partner product design to provide our target users/clients with effective product solutions. Responsibilities
Responsible for the function, architecture design, prototype design, and PRD writing of partner products, including but not limited to the planning and design of Open APIs, Open platforms, and seller integration tools. Collaborate with DTC platforms (such as Shopify, Woocommerce, SFCC, etc.) to implement efficient integration of the TTS 1P App with DTC platforms, helping sellers establish connections between DTC and TTS and enabling interoperability of merchandise, inventory, orders, and fulfillment services between DTC and TTS. Through data analysis, identify product issues and seller requirements, continuously iterate products, enhance the seller experience, and be responsible for the business outcomes of seller use (e.g., onboarding success rate, catalogue coverage, and fulfillment success rate). Ensure complete product lifecycle management from design to development, launch, and subsequent iterations through collaboration with multiple departments. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a product manager, with involvement in the full product lifecycle from initiation to iteration. Familiarity with product functions and integration design of mainstream DTC platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, SFCC) and third-party seller tools (e.g., Rithum, Zendesk, Yotpo), including experience in integration or seller tool product design for related platforms. Strong product experience design capabilities, logical analysis, and data analysis skills with a business perspective. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills; ability to adapt strategies in complex environments and drive project progress. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification
Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream ecommerce platforms; experience in content-based ecommerce is highly preferred.

Compensation
Description (annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165,120 - $311,600 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits vary by location. Employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off accruals. The Company reserves the right to modify these programs at any time.
