The Product Marketing team at TikTok helps build holistic go-to-market plans across TikTok's eCommerce products. We drive full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue, and serve as the voice of the market to shape the future of TikTok’s eCommerce products. Responsibilities
You have a passion for navigating ambiguity, crafting messaging, and influencing strategy (GTM leader). Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Partners, UX Design, Research, and Sales to introduce new products to the US market. Drive go-to-market strategies across the seller journey, including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, messaging, channels, and budgets to convert, grow, and retain sellers. Partner with marketing teams to ensure the product suite is on-message and maximized across channels. Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention; track performance and optimize through continuous testing. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for your product: provide white-glove seller support, build roadmaps, run enablement sessions, and participate in QA testing. Represent the Voice of the Customer by managing input and feedback from end-users, merchants, creators, and employees. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce or social commerce. Experience and understanding of e-commerce categories (beauty, fashion, etc.). Experience working with product management, analytics, and design to scale products. Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product messages, content marketing, and other owned channels. Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing, and analytical tools. Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree (MBA, computer science) or related field. Industry knowledge of eCommerce; experience in marketing asset design; and/or B2B marketing experience. About TikTok

Compensation: Base salary range for this position is $121,600 – $232,645 annually, plus potential bonuses and stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off. Benefits vary by location and employment type. The Company reserves the right to modify benefits at any time.
