Business Development Associate – Soccer OTE: $55,000–$70,000 Playbook Sports empowers sports entrepreneurs to grow and automate their businesses so they can make a bigger impact in their communities. With over 500 partners across the United States and Canada, we provide modern software that helps facilities, leagues, and clubs streamline operations and boost revenues. We’re now hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) with a strong focus on soccer. This is an ideal role for someone who has played at a high level and wants to bring that same passion, discipline, and competitive drive to sales. What You’ll Do
Engage soccer facilities, clubs, academies, and organizations, showing how Playbook can automate operations and increase revenues. Prospect and connect with new clients through calls, emails, social media, and event-based outreach. Schedule and prepare high-quality software demos with top-tier prospects. Partner with Account Executives on demos, relationship building, proposals, and closing deals. What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of sales or business development experience. Strong soccer background (collegiate/pro level a big plus). Bonus: Experience at a soccer facility or prior experience in our industry. Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow in a high-performance environment. Why Playbook
