Business Development Associate – Facilities

Playbook Sports empowers sports entrepreneurs to grow and automate their businesses so they can make a bigger impact in their communities. With over 500 partners across the United States and Canada, we provide modern software that helps facilities, leagues, and clubs streamline operations and boost revenues.
We’re looking to hire a Business Development Associate (BDA) with a strong focus on multi-sport facilities. This is the ideal role for someone with operational experience in sports facilities who is ready to bring their industry knowledge and expertise into a sales-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Engage multi-sport facilities and the organizations that operate out of them, showing how Playbook can automate operations, streamline workflows, and increase revenues. Prospect and connect with new clients through calls, emails, social media, and event-based outreach. Schedule and prepare high-quality software demos with key decision-makers. Partner with Account Executives on demos, relationship building, proposals, and closing deals. What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience working in operations or management at a multi-sport facility (or similar environments). Strong knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within sports facility management, including scheduling, memberships, and billing. Bonus: 1-2 years of sales or business development experience. A consultative mindset with the ability to understand clients' operational needs and offer solutions. Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow in a high-performance sales environment. Why Playbook
