Overview
Infosys is seeking an experienced
Oracle HCM ORC Cloud Solution Architect
with strong leadership skills. The candidate needs to interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes. They will perform a role of Oracle HCM Cloud functional Lead and advisor. The candidate should have the ability to translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. Candidate should have the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
Translate business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud ORC solution design.
Serve as the Oracle HCM Cloud functional Lead and advisor, interacting with process consultants and business SMEs.
Communicate complex designs to stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals.
Collaborate in an on-shore/off-shore delivery model with development and support teams across continents; manage delivery and identify automation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN or be willing to relocate to one of the areas. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
7+ years of Information Technology experience.
Must have done 2 or 3 projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Candidate should be Techno-Functional or functional resource with a Functional background in HCM domain.

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as Functional Consultant (specifically in ORC module).
Experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management; driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and production deployments.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management.
Working knowledge of Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI.
Ability to identify and propose solutions to functional design issues; support existing functionality and integrations with other systems.
Consultative approach for Upgrades and best practice recommendations.
Experience in production support – app upgrades, incidents, service requests resolution, and problem solving; experience with integrations is a plus.
Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring in a global delivery model.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
