Oracle HCM Redwood Functional Consultant
with implementation and application support experience. The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Redwood in Agile mode. This role includes end-to-end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – requirement gathering, configuring, testing, UAT and production deployments. Responsibilities
Lead discussions on implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and Compensation Management with end-to-end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules. Gather requirements, configure, test, conduct UAT, and support production deployments. Interface with business users to drive functional discussions in HCM and Redwood. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN or willing to relocate; travel in the US may be required. Minimum 7 years of Information Technology experience. 6+ years of experience with Oracle Redwood. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience driving strategic discussions with business users on HCM processes and Redwood. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to work in Agile environments. Experience in a global delivery environment and full SDLC lifecycle. Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies. 7+ years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. 6+ years of experience in support projects as a Functional resource. Experience with Redwood architecture and Visual Builder. Experience implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and Calculation/Compensation management. End-to-end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – requirement gathering, configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment. Experience with security, AutoComplete Rules, approval workflows, HDL, extracts and reports. Experience with solution design, POC, and troubleshooting issues. Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business and management teams. Experience managing teams of 10+ would be a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
