Responsibilities
Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial
Draft complaints, motions, responsive pleadings, and settlement documents
Handle depositions and appear at court proceedings independently
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, counsel, medical providers, and experts
Prepare discovery, arbitration, mediation, and trial packages
Maintain detailed ledgers of PIP, EOBs, Medicare/Medicaid, and health insurance
File PIP arbitrations/lawsuits as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in NJ personal injury and/or employment law
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
Experience with Needles/Neos legal case management software is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
