Overview
We are looking for an attorney with 2-6 years’ general litigation experience. Responsibilities
Conduct Legal Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Handle a matter through all aspects of discovery. Conduct and defend depositions. Argue motions and appear for Court conferences. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff. Trial/arbitration experience is a plus. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in New Jersey. Minimum of 2-6 years of general litigation experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Compensation
