Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical teams and business teams to understand business requirements to translate into system configuration and solutions. Document technical requirements and configurations. Utilize in-depth knowledge to configure, manage and maintain Workday Talent Management functionality related to performance reviews, feedback, goals, succession planning, etc., to align with organizational goals and objectives. Design and implement Skills Cloud, skills taxonomy, and skills-related architecture (job profile, job requisition, worker profile, etc.) ensuring accurate mapping and seamless integration with existing HR tech tools. Ensure project success, including evaluating the technical/functional requirements, configured solutions that meet project and business needs, and adhere to best practices and standards of control boards. Conduct system testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of the Talent Management system. Provide support to end users on Workday Skills and Talent Management functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with Tech and Data operations teams when necessary. Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
