We are seeking an accomplished
Senior Tax Manager
with deep expertise in trusts and estates to join our growing practice. This role will focus on delivering exceptional tax services to high-net-worth individuals, complex trusts, and estates, while providing strategic guidance to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, review, and management of tax filings for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates, including IRS Forms 1040, 1041, 706, and 709. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospective clients, and key advisors, including financial consultants, wealth managers, estate and trust attorneys, and internal colleagues. Serve as the firm’s in-house specialist for complex trust, estate, and income tax matters, providing expert guidance and solutions. Identify and address clients’ unstated needs, recommending additional services and strategies when appropriate. Share subject-matter expertise by presenting to both large and small groups. Educate internal partners on trust and estate capabilities to encourage collaboration and drive referrals. Develop and refine processes to enhance workflow efficiency, productivity, and best practices across the team. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or a related field. 7–10 years of relevant tax experience, including hands-on preparation, review, and management of IRS Forms 1040, 1041, 706, and 709. At least one of the following professional credentials: CPA, EA, or MST. Proven ability to develop and sustain strong client and professional relationships. Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Strategic thinker with a track record of improving processes and driving results. Seniority level
