This global, publicly traded company has been a leader in its industry for more than a century, with consistent year-over-year growth and expansion on the horizon as they move into 2026. In this role, you’ll have high visibility across the business, work closely with leadership, and be a trusted partner in delivering the financial insights that steer strategy and impact decisions. Candidates must be local to the Twin Cities metro—this is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 remote days). Responsibilities
Provide financial insights and analysis to steer strategic decisions and drive business performance. Partner with leaders across the organization to deliver actionable financial recommendations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities with rigorous analytical rigor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing and R&D) to understand drivers of business results. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (required) MBA or CPA (preferred, not required) Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with ERP and BI tools a plus Proven ability to partner with business leaders and provide actionable insights Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must have experience supporting marketing and R&D teams
