Overview
Lead the design of commercial & industrial solar PV (canopy, and rooftop) and energy storage projects from concept to as-built. This role drives project coordination, mentors junior team members, and ensures code compliance while supporting construction and process improvement initiatives.
What you’ll do
Design canopy, rooftop, and ground-mount C&I solar + storage systems.
Create single-line diagrams, site plans, and construction documents.
Provide technical support through construction and closeout.
Collaborate with regulatory, utility, and vendor partners.
Mentor and train design engineers and interns.
What we’re looking for
4 years minimum of C&I solar design engineering experience.
1 year minimum energy storage experience.
Proficiency in Helioscope and PVSyst.
Onsite Massachusetts
$115k - $135k base + bonus
