Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related field; MBA a plus.

7+ years of experience in product management or product development within molecular diagnostics, life sciences tools, or assay development.

Hands-on expertise in assay design, reagent formulation, and molecular workflows.

Familiarity with the clinical diagnostics market, including regulatory considerations (IVD, LDTs, CLIA labs).

Experience managing external collaborations or partnerships for assay development or validation.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across scientific, commercial, and executive teams.

Strong attention to details, able to see and integrate assay and reagent products that work seamlessly with our instrument and software ecosystems.

Collaborative mindset, with a track record of enabling product marketing and commercial teams to succeed.

Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Willingness to travel 10-20% for partner collaborations, customer visits, and conferences.
