Associate Director, US Market Access Strategy & Effectiveness

* Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience,* OR Master’s Degree and 6+ years of experience,* OR Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) and 4+ years of experience* Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry with a focus on market access, business strategy, or operations* 6–8+ years of experience in market access, business strategy, and/or commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry* Strong understanding of US healthcare policy, reimbursement, and access dynamics* Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence decision-making* Experience with budget management, meeting facilitation, and organizational development* Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills* Experience with launch readiness and execution for new therapies, ideally in oncology or cell therapy* Ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights* High emotional intelligence, situational awareness, and ability to build positive culture across teams* Experience leading change-based initiatives and strategic projects* Robust organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to manage multiple projects in tight timelines* Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEveryone at Kite is grounded by one common goal – curing cancer.
