Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Chemours’ global tax strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. Lead internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax compliance for federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions. Manage relationships with external advisors, government agencies, and auditors. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impacts on the company, proactively recommending actions. Provide strategic tax advice to the Chemours Executive Team (CET), Board of Directors and the related Committees. Lead, mentor, and develop the Tax team, fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. Ensure robust internal controls over tax processes and reporting. Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Oversee tax planning initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, and cross-border activities. Develop and manage the tax department budget. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred. Extensive experience (15+ years) in tax leadership roles, ideally within a multinational corporation or Big Four public accounting firm. Deep knowledge of US and international tax laws, regulations, and best practices. Demonstrated success in tax planning, compliance, and audit management. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Experience with tax technology and ERP systems is a plus. Benefits

Salary pay range and incentives are provided as a general guideline based on location and not a guaranteed offer. The incentive pay is subject to business results and individual performance and terms of specific plans. This role includes the following classifications: Seniority level – Executive; Employment type – Full-time; Job function – Accounting/Auditing and Finance; Industries – Chemical Manufacturing.
