The Company is seeking a VP, Medicaid Regional President for Indiana. The successful candidate will be tasked with the strategic direction, oversight, and administration of the Medicaid program in the state. This includes leading the state Medicaid executive team, managing the development and operations of the health plan, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. The role requires a strong focus on the delivery of high-quality care, the development of clear and measurable plan objectives, and the promotion of a culture of health and well-being. The VP will also be responsible for representing the company to the public, state, and various stakeholders, and must be adept at enhancing and developing relationships within the community. Applicants for the VP, Medicaid Regional President position must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 6-10 years of experience in healthcare or government leadership and/or operations management. A background in Medicaid MCO plan operations, including experience with TANF/CHIP/ABD/LTSS Waiver and DSNP, is essential. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in budgeting, financial management, and a strong understanding of the interrelation of organizational capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a leadership background with more than five direct reports, and experience in strategic and thought leadership to support Medicaid health plans.
