Overview
We are expanding our Emergency Medicine team in Oakdale, CA, and seeking board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians to join our growing and collaborative group. The team consists of 6+ Emergency Medicine Physicians and 2.5 Advanced Practice Providers, providing 24-hour physician coverage and 10-hour APP coverage per day. Hospital & Facility Highlights
5 ICU beds and 30 Med/Surg beds. Radiology, CT, Ultrasound, and MRI available during daytime hours. Established specialty support services to enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities
Deliver emergency medical care in an acute care hospital with a 12-bed ED (all private rooms) and 4 fast-track beds. Manage an annual patient volume of 20,579 with an average of 2.1 patients per hour and a 4% admission rate. Collaborate with specialists in anesthesiology, interventional radiology, cardiology, general surgery, mobile crisis psych, orthopedics, pediatrics, and wound care. Support the hospital’s transition to a Level 4 Trauma designation (expected 2025/2026). Work 12-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.), with full-time at 120 hours per month (part-time options available). Benefits & Perks
