Well-respected, busy boutique litigation firm in Mission Valley is looking for an experienced, well-credentialed civil litigation associate to assume immediate, significant responsibility for large and diverse caseload. Responsibilities

Drafting pleadings; developing and implementing discovery plans; taking and defending depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, and experts; successful track record in bringing, opposing, and arguing dispositive motions; attending mediations and Mandatory Settlement Conferences; and first chair responsibility in state or federal bench/jury trials, administrative hearings, or binding arbitrations. Possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills with colleagues, staff, clients, etc. Grow with the firm over time. Qualifications

5+ years of relevant civil litigation experience including drafting pleadings; developing and implementing discovery plans; taking and defending depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, and experts; successful track record in bringing, opposing, and arguing dispositive motions; attending mediations and Mandatory Settlement Conferences; and first chair responsibility in state or federal bench/jury trials, administrative hearings, or binding arbitrations. Excellent written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Compensation & Benefits
